1) How much is shipping?

A) For the smaller stones, shipping is $9.95. For the larger stones (12 x 12) Shipping is $14.95. You should receive your gift within 10 business days.

2) Can I preview what my stone will look like?

A) We can show you the final graphic that we will use on your stone. Just let us know that you would like to preview the graphics in the order form.

3) Can I have an image that I have on my computer be placed on a stone?

A) If you own the copyright to that image, then most likely we can accommodate you. But first you will need to email us the image before we will be able to give you a firm confirmation.

4) Will my stone look just like the one on the web site?

A) Stones vary in shape, size and color. We try to pick out the best stones but they do vary. The Chario stone is extremely variable in texture. It has pits and small holes on it. Some of our Chario stones are not pitted much but other Chiario stones will be. The Chiaro stones are the most variable stone in texture that we offer. But all stones have their own unique character.
